Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Individual support: welcome, inform and guide participants.
- Identify needs, skills and barriers to employment.
- Design and monitor individualized integration plans.
- Assist with preparing CVs, cover letters, administrative documents and job-search techniques.
- Co-facilitate group workshops: job-search techniques, confidence building, and digital tools.
- Participate in implementing new support modules.
- Contribute to developing a network of employment and training partners in the area.
- Follow up on feedback from employers and host companies.
- Maintain internal and external tracking and reporting tools.
