Job Description
Vice President, Social Media Marketing leading the enterprise social media strategy. Focused on brand reputation, audience engagement, and full-funnel performance across various social platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Set and execute an enterprise social media strategy aligned to brand and business priorities
- Lead content, engagement, and performance across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Own social strategy and content for the CEO and select senior executives
- Develop channel-specific content including video, financial shorts, thought leadership, and research-driven assets
- Build and scale influencer programs that support brand and growth objectives
- Oversee social listening, community engagement, and rapid-response protocols
- Partner with Brand, Marketing, HR, Legal/Compliance, and business teams to align organic and paid efforts
- Adapt cross-channel content to optimize performance by platform
- Use analytics and insights to guide decisions, test new approaches, and improve results
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing social media team and agency partners
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience leading social media strategy and execution
- Proven experience building and managing influencer programs
- 7+ years leading large-scale promotional or brand programs
- Experience working in regulated corporate or agency environments
- Strong people leadership skills, including executive partnership
- Ability to balance creative storytelling with business outcomes
- Solid project management and strategic planning skills
- Strong analytical skills with experience using social analytics tools
- Ability to prioritize and perform in fast-moving, high-pressure moments
- Clear, confident communication and presentation skills
