Job Description
Web Development Coach teaching core web development skills to students and professionals. Support career strategies including resume and interview prep while building practical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Work with students and professionals building careers in web development
- Teach core skills in web development, frontend development, backend development, responsive design, and web performance optimization
- Help students build capabilities through consistent, practical skill building
- Support the career side of the journey, including resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, behavioral interview prep, technical interview prep, salary negotiation, promotion strategy, networking strategy, and freelancing for those pursuing independent work
Requirements:
- Professional experience in web development
- Prior coaching or mentoring experience
- Clear, structured approach to breaking down complex technical concepts
