Job Description

Social Media Manager specializing in Web3 managing platforms for high-growth global clients. Creating engaging content and strategies for founders and C-level executives across social media.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media accounts across X, LinkedIn, Telegram, and other relevant platforms
  • Build and execute social media strategies aligned with PR and marketing goals
  • Translate Web3, crypto, and tech narratives into clear, engaging content
  • Manage and grow founder and executive personal brands across LinkedIn and X
  • Write POV-driven content, thought leadership posts, and long-form founder content
  • Plan content calendars and coordinate with designers and content writers
  • Monitor performance, engagement, and trends to optimize output
  • Stay on top of Web3 conversations, memes, and industry shifts
  • Support launches, announcements, and event-related social campaigns

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management
  • Strong understanding of Web3, crypto, and decentralized ecosystems
  • Strong experience managing founder, executive, or personal brands on social media
  • Excellent writing skills and tone adaptation for different platforms
  • Ability to write POV-led, thought leadership, and long-form social content
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and stakeholders
  • Highly organized and comfortable working remotely
  • Fluent English
