Job Description

INFOR Time & Attendance coordinator supporting system administration, payroll data accuracy, testing, and training. Helping Mondelēz International deliver global snack brands through HR technology operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide software and application knowledge to support implementation of solutions
  • Optimize delivered services to meet business demands and service operations strategy
  • Plan, measure, report, and communicate service improvement initiatives
  • Serve as a consultant on issues and resolutions
  • Recommend actions to optimize investments and benefits and mitigate risks
  • Identify and evaluate suppliers, onboard vendors, and establish and run vendor governance
  • Collaborate with management on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments
  • Provide design collateral and configure software components in alignment with security policy and governance
  • Ensure adherence to development and configuration standards and processes
  • Provide day-to-day support, administration, and troubleshooting for the INFOR Time & Attendance system
  • Support accurate employee time capture, schedule management, and data flow to payroll
  • Act as the first point of support for employees, managers, HR, and payroll users
  • Manage user access, roles, permissions, configurations, integrations, reports, audits, upgrades, and patches
  • Provide end-user assistance, documentation, training, and system communications
  • Support payroll processing and resolve data discrepancies
  • Support implementation through requirements definition, configuration, data migration, testing, quality assurance, training, change management, go-live support, and post-implementation optimization
  • Participate in project meetings and workshops, track tasks, and report status to the project manager
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, technical teams, and external vendors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience with HRIS, payroll, or time & attendance systems
  • Hands-on experience with INFOR Time & Attendance or other INFOR HCM modules strongly preferred
  • Prior experience in a support or HR operations role is an advantage
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot application issues and provide clear guidance to end-users
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and labor law compliance (advantageous)
  • Experience with scheduling/labor management and MVS (Master Rotation and Auto Assignment)
  • Workday/HCM Integration knowledge
  • Service-oriented and approachable with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under deadlines
  • High integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee data
  • Strong team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
