Job Description
Part-time Talent Applications Specialist configuring HR tech systems for GR8_TECH’s B2B iGaming platforms. Supporting integrations, users, data compliance, vendors, and system improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Independently configure and customize Talent Applications based on business needs
- Maintain and improve workflows, roles, permissions, templates, and reports
- Troubleshoot system issues and optimize application performance
- Gather requirements and translate HR needs into clear technical specifications
- Research, test, and support implementation of new features and improvements
- Support integrations between Talent Applications and other business systems
- Contribute to HR and cross-functional projects involving Talent Applications
- Coordinate owned parts of system implementation and improvement projects
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
- Provide first-line support to end-users and resolve application-related issues
- Deliver user training and help stakeholders use Talent Applications effectively
- Create and maintain user guides and system documentation
- Translate technical concepts into practical guidance for non-technical users
- Monitor HR data and maintain its accuracy and integrity
- Manage access rights and support appropriate permissions across systems
- Ensure compliance with internal IT security standards and applicable regulatory requirements, including GDPR
- Identify and address data or access-related issues proactively
- Maintain communication with Talent Applications vendors
- Evaluate vendor updates and coordinate successful deployment
- Stay current with emerging HR Tech tools, features, and best practices
- Share knowledge and identify opportunities to simplify or improve existing solutions
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience configuring and administering HR software applications such as HRIS, ATS, performance management, or learning management systems
- Experience customizing workflows, roles, permissions, templates, and other system settings
- Understanding of HR processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience troubleshooting HR systems and resolving configuration or user-related issues
- Understanding of basic API and integration logic
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions
- Intermediate+ English for communication with vendors and internal stakeholders and preparation of documentation
- Fluent Ukrainian or Russian for effective communication with local stakeholders and end-users
- Nice-to-have: experience supporting integrations between HR systems and other business applications
- Nice-to-have: knowledge of GDPR, ISO, and other HR or IT compliance requirements
- Nice-to-have: experience working with Talent Applications vendors
- Nice-to-have: experience in HR Tech or a similar systems-focused role
- Nice-to-have: experience delivering user training and creating technical documentation
