Job Description
Workforce Planner optimizing staffing, forecasts, and operational KPIs for walter services, a German customer-experience and technical-support company. Fully remote across Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Manage production based on quantitative targets to achieve and continuously optimize operational KPIs
- Continuously monitor actual performance against targets
- Proactively adjust workforce plans
- Create needs-based and efficient staffing schedules
- Systematically document relevant events and incidents affecting forecasts and KPIs
- Conduct root cause analyses
- Work closely with Production Management and Workforce Management to ensure operational excellence
Requirements:
- Strong numerical aptitude, excellent analytical skills, and a high level of cost awareness
- Several years of experience in a service center or call center environment is an advantage
- High degree of independence, reliability, and strong sense of responsibility
- Flexibility regarding working hours to meet operational requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Permanent residence in Germany is mandatory; working from abroad is not possible
