Job Description
Customer Happiness Agent für Momenteries persönliche und nachhaltige Printprodukte. Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, FAQ-Pflege und Optimierung der Customer-Service-Prozesse.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries
- Sharing responsibility for updating the FAQs
- Contributing ideas and implementing improvements to optimize Customer Service processes
- Supporting the Marketing team as needed
Requirements:
- Enrolled student working arrangement
- Availability 5 days per week (4 weekdays plus Saturday), for 2 to 3 hours per day
- Fluent English
- Fluent French or Italian
- Team player with an independent, structured, and responsible approach to work
- Excellent spelling and written communication skills
- Strong customer focus and a friendly manner
