Job Description
Werkstudent unterstützt Schaefflers internationales Automobil- und Industrie-Technologieunternehmen im Supply Chain Management. Mitarbeit an SAP-, Power-BI-, Recherche- und administrativen Aufgaben.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Supply Chain Management team with administrative and operational tasks in day-to-day business
- Prepare and follow up on meetings, presentations, and analyses
- Work with tools such as SAP and Power BI to organize and prepare relevant information in a structured manner
- Coordinate closely with team members to ensure efficient processes and smooth task completion
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives
- Conduct research on various topics and present the results in a clear, targeted, and accessible manner
Requirements:
- Proof of enrollment for the duration of the position
- Currently pursuing a degree in a technical or business-related field, ideally with a focus on Procurement or Supply Chain Management
- Strong organizational skills and a structured, precise working style
- Confident use of digital tools, strong IT affinity, and an interest in SAP and Power BI
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- High level of initiative, team spirit, communication skills, and enthusiasm for active interaction with a range of stakeholders
