Job Description
ABA Regional Operations Manager helping Finni Health’s providers scale compliant, high-quality practices. Driving launches, CX operations, business reviews, SLAs, KPIs, and cross-functional process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Project manage provider launches and ensure they progress on the fastest timeline
- Create presentation decks and quarterly business reviews for each practice
- Partner with providers to understand their practice-scaling goals
- Lead provider communications through Google Meet, Slack, and email for proactive and reactive customer support
- Become an expert on Finni and answer customer questions and concerns
- Oversee CX operations, including training, help center and knowledge base content, self-service, tools and software, scheduling, and reporting
- Work with cofounders to build better cross-functional processes and tooling
- Set up SLAs and KPIs for the provider success function
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience leading an Applied Behavior Analysis practice and supporting providers across various states
- Ability to analyze financial statements, identify key business drivers, and advise on profitability and growth strategies
- Experience developing growth strategies, creating actionable roadmaps, and solving complex operational challenges
- Track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets, including growth rates, retention goals, and NPS
- Strong understanding of ABA healthcare operations, including clinical operations, compliance, revenue cycle management, payer landscapes, and clinical staffing models
- Ability to project manage provider launches
- Experience creating presentation decks and quarterly business reviews
- Proficiency with Google Meet, Slack, and email
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
