Job Description

Account Director responsible for customer experience and effective selling strategies at Broadcom. Collaborating with partners and managing accounts for optimal results.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the overall customer experience
  • Collaborate with regional partners to utilize solutions-oriented, systematic approach to upsell
  • Minimize churn in assigned accounts
  • Develop and drive company strategy for aligned accounts

Requirements:

  • Bachelors and 8+ years of related experience
  • Post-graduate coursework may be desirable or Masters degree and 6+ years of related experience
  • PhD and 3+ years of related experience
