Job Description
Account Manager specializing in MDM solutions for the CIS region. Building strong relationships and driving results for key accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to your customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Forecast and monitor key account metrics to ensure performance goals are met.
- Identify growth opportunities within your territory and collaborate with sales teams to achieve targets.
- Manage high-priority requests and escalations promptly and effectively.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
- Coordinate internal resources—including support, service, and management—to meet partner objectives and expectations.
- Achieve assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within partner accounts.
Requirements:
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Sales or Business Development within the High-Tech industry.
- Proven track record of developing and managing partner relationships while driving revenue growth.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Management or similar market spaces, including competitors and industry trends.
- Strong background in Strategy Development, Partnership Management, or Business Development.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills across technical, contractual, and financial aspects.
- Demonstrated commitment to learning and professional growth.
- Consistent success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
