Job Description
Account Manager driving sales of ERP solutions at Access Group. Building client relationships and achieving sales targets in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for software licenses, maintenance, bureau processing, and consultancy
- Develop demonstration skills and know when to seek assistance
- Maintain a strong understanding of Access IP and relevant third-party products
- Respond to inquiries quickly, providing feedback to improve team performance
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects, ensuring smooth project handovers
- Provide top-level customer service and technical expertise, attend exhibitions, and support other sales activities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in B2B field sales and account management roles in the UK
- Experience selling SaaS solutions
- Experience in a large or multi-national IT/Technology company
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, telephone, email, written and presentations
- Ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation
- Proven ability to develop positive relationships and co-operation with colleagues and clients
- Acts with integrity, loyalty and honesty
- Excellent technology skills specifically with Microsoft Office; Salesforce; Social Selling; Market mapping
