Job Description

Technico-Commercial Terrain B to B en solutions d’hygiène avec Ecolab. Installation complète de produits et formation des clients sur les bonnes pratiques.

Responsibilities:

  • Install the full range of products at existing or new customer sites
  • Perform repair and maintenance of all existing dispensers
  • Lead training sessions to ensure proper product use and adherence to the client's internal procedures
  • Conduct preventive audit visits and advise customers on hygiene best practices in compliance with the client's internal procedures
  • Provide solutions through product selection, dispenser maintenance, appropriate recommendations, and training
  • Sell new products or comprehensive programs in accordance with customer needs and approved products
  • Create and manage a prospecting portfolio to achieve growth targets
  • Rely on sales support services and inter-divisional relationships across the Group on a daily basis
  • Formalize and schedule service visits and report regularly to the Sales Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Bac+2 (associate degree) in a commercial and/or technical field
  • At least 2 years of successful experience in customer relations, ideally in Retail, Quick Service Restaurants, or food safety/auditing
  • Able to independently manage your client portfolio and prospects
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Driving license (category B) and mobility within your territory are required
