Job Description
EMEA Strategic Account Management Director leading partnerships with top pan-European Home Care Providers. Drive value-based solutions while collaborating cross-functionally across Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Own and lead strategic relationships with top pan-European accounts
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies aligned with customer and ResMed priorities
- Build trusted partnerships with C-level stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor
- Drive value-based solutions combining devices, digital, and services
- Lead complex, multi-country negotiations and partnership agreements
- Orchestrate cross-functional and cross-country teams to ensure consistent execution
- Deliver revenue growth, margin improvement, and share of wallet expansion
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing multinational or pan-European strategic accounts
- Strong track record of engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders
- Experience in complex negotiations and multi-year agreements
- Background in MedTech, healthcare, or complex B2B environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead in a matrix organization without direct authority
- Experience in value-based or solution selling approaches
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
