Job Description
Account Manager focusing on new business for bike leasing services. Building customer relationships and contributing to company growth in a flexible remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new business customers and establish long-term partnerships
- Deliver compelling presentations to showcase our products and services
- Manage the entire sales process and develop tailored solutions for our clients
- You confidently follow up by phone with prospective customers
- You ensure smooth handoffs to Customer Success Management and make sure customers have a strong start
- You contribute new ideas to make New Business faster, more efficient, and more customer-centric
Requirements:
- You are outgoing, communicative, and enjoy working in a team
- Confident appearance and strong presentation skills set you apart
- You have a passion for excellent customer service and a strong service mindset
- Proactivity and thinking outside the box are part of your DNA
- You enjoy contributing ideas and actively shaping processes
