Job Description

Administrative Assistant providing support and greeting visitors at Amelia Senior Living Community. Responsible for administrative duties, business office functions, recruitment support, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for greeting all visitors and providing administrative support to facility personnel
  • Supporting business office functions
  • Assisting with filing
  • Providing support for recruiting functions

Requirements:

  • A fire and passion for working with seniors
  • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
  • High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook required
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
