Job Description

Administrative Legal Assistant supporting attorneys and partners with administrative tasks. Role offers flexibility in location with preference to candidates in Pacific and Mountain Time.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting assigned Attorneys and Partners with administrative tasks, including but not limited to: Scheduling appointments with colleagues and clients
  • Drafting and sending documents, including service contracts
  • Updating the firm's CRM platform consistently when taking any action related to a case
  • Organizing and distributing Attorneys' mail to the appropriate Legal team members
  • Working on special administrative projects, including presentations, as directed by the Attorneys
  • Performing thorough and accurate document management and data entry
  • Tending to other projects, including possible casework, as directed by a Partner and based on the needs of the firm

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with good academic record
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience required
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially relating to email communication in a professional work environment
  • Ability to implement and maintain organizational systems consistently
  • Demonstrated computer skills
  • Fast learner
