Job Description
Sales Agent managing inbound calls and supporting the commercial cycle. Assisting customers from quoting to reservation management using CRM tools.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and offer clear guidance on products and services.
- Identify customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and follow up to close sales.
- Prepare and send quotations; proactively follow up to finalize deals.
- Proficient with digital tools including office software, Gmail, Google Workspace, CRM/ERP systems, and online platforms.
- Comfortable navigating internal systems.
- Strong organization, planning, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Requirements:
- Experience in phone sales and customer service managing inbound and outbound calls.
- Skilled in CRM/ERP system management for tracking clients, quotes, and reservations.
- Digital proficiency with Gmail, Google Workspace, Excel, and online platforms.
- Strong organizational skills including scheduling and workflow management.
- Clear, professional, and persuasive written communication.
