Job Description

Junior Sales Manager handling the full B2B sales process for an online energy service provider. Responsible for cold acquisition to contract closure with clear KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the entire sales process, from cold outreach to successful contract closure.
  • You independently manage each step and have direct influence on your results.
  • Clear KPIs provide guidance and form the basis for achieving your goals.

Requirements:

  • Ideally, you already have experience in B2B sales and have gained initial experience in cold acquisition of new customers.
  • Career changers and entry-level candidates are also warmly welcome.
  • Motivation, willingness to learn, self-confidence, and strong quick-wittedness are particularly important.
  • As we operate exclusively in the German-speaking market, you must have native-level German language skills.
  • Confident use of CRM systems, such as HubSpot, is an advantage.
  • You need a stable and reliable internet connection and IT hardware (smartphone, laptop/computer, etc.) for this role.
  • Personal responsibility and self-organization are essential. Remote work offers a lot of freedom but requires a high level of discipline and self-motivation.
