Job Description

USA Sales Leader responsible for achieving sales targets and leading the sales team at Armstrong Fluid Technology. Focused on driving growth in HVAC solutions and collaborating with engineering partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieving and exceeding annual order, revenue, and margin plans
  • Providing leadership and coaching to the sales team
  • Driving annual growth initiatives
  • Developing and executing strategies to grow Armstrong's service business
  • Collaborating with consulting engineers and design institutes
  • Building and maintaining executive-level relationships with key customers and partners
  • Ensuring strategic accounts are actively managed with clear growth plans
  • Leading, coaching, and developing the regional sales team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • University degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • At least 10 years of experience in industry-related direct sales
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC applications solutions and systems
  • Experience in tracking sales information of customers, forecasts, and reports using related software applications such as CRM
  • Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and negotiation techniques, consultative & solution selling
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Able to communicate (verbal and written) in English.
