Job Description
AI automation engineer building secure workflows, API integrations, and dashboards for RecruitGo, an Employer of Record company. Improving business processes while protecting company and client data.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain automated workflows using n8n and AI tools
- Use Claude, OpenAI, or similar AI platforms to automate business processes
- Connect different systems using APIs and webhooks
- Work with Google Workspace, Google APIs, and service accounts
- Manage access, permissions, and security controls for automated tasks
- Add safeguards to reduce security and data risks
- Connect existing data sources and build internal and client-facing dashboards
- Troubleshoot and improve existing automations and integrations
- Document workflows and technical processes
- Work with different teams to identify opportunities for automation
- Work with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of services to clients and client expectations are met
Requirements:
- Experience in AI automation, workflow automation, systems integration, or a similar technical role
- Hands-on experience with n8n or similar automation tools
- Experience using AI/LLM tools such as Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Understanding of access controls, permissions, authentication, and security best practices
- Experience with Google Workspace or Google APIs
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with Google service accounts and OAuth is a nice to have
- Experience with databases and dashboards is a nice to have
- Experience with Noloco, Retool, or Looker Studio is a nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms or DevOps is a nice to have
