Job Description
AI Specialist responsible for automating processes and developing internal AI capabilities for INTERSPORT Digital GmbH. Involves strategy management, engineering, and governance in automation.
Responsibilities:
- Support INTERSPORT Digital GmbH in achieving measurable productivity gains through automation
- Build internal AI capability and reduce dependence on external service providers
- Identify and assess automation opportunities
- Build a structured use-case portfolio
- Responsible for analysis, design and implementation of AI-enabled processes
- Design hands-on training and frameworks to enable colleagues
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection guardrails
Requirements:
- Proven practical experience in designing and implementing automations
- Strong end-to-end process understanding
- Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools
- APIs and system integrations
- Experience developing internal enablement programs
- Excellent communication and enablement skills
- Basic understanding of AI governance and data protection
- German and English at least B2 level
