Job Description
AI Automation & Workflow Engineer at Techpilot developing AI-first workflows for business processes in manufacturing. Collaborating cross-functionally to implement AI solutions and automations.
Responsibilities:
- AI-first workflow development (primary focus)
- Development of smart AI applications and automations that solve real business problems
- Building LLM workflows (e.g., with GPT, Copilot, or agents)
- Automation of classification, data enrichment, summarization, and assistant functions
- Development of prompts, guardrails, and reusable AI components
- Workflow engineering with n8n
- Building, maintaining, and optimizing n8n workflows for Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance
- Bug analysis, stabilization of automations, retries, alerts and logging
- Development of scalable integrations via APIs and webhooks
- Salesforce and business systems integration
Requirements:
- Several years of experience developing AI-powered or automated workflows
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, data models and integration patterns
- Experience with automation tools such as n8n or similar tools like Zapier or Make
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Fluent German (at least C1) and conversational English (at least B2)
