Job Description
AI Engineering Manager leading the delivery execution of Agentic AI solutions. Collaborating with teams to ensure high-quality outcomes in complex environments.
Responsibilities:
- Own end‑to‑end delivery execution for Agentic AI solutions
- Translate product scope and architectural direction into clear delivery plans
- Drive day‑to‑day engineering delivery and issue resolution
- Ensure delivery readiness across environments, CI/CD, quality gates
- Coordinate and orchestrate internal teams and vendors
- Provide transparent delivery reporting
- Support release execution from pilot to scale
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team
- Act as delivery owner for vendor contributed work
Requirements:
- 7+ years in engineering delivery roles
- Proven experience delivering Agentic AI or data-intensive platforms
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 7+ years in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of Agentic SDLC / ADLC concepts
- Experience with CI/CD for agentic systems
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala
