Job Description
AI Implementation Specialist identifying and implementing AI-powered solutions to enhance efficiency and operations at Castor, a company focused on improving clinical trial experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities where AI can streamline operations and improve efficiency
- Partner with teams in Finance, Sales, Operations and beyond to understand their challenges and implement practical AI-powered solutions
- Turn manual, time-consuming processes into automated, intelligent workflows
- Serve as the go-to person for 'Can AI help with this?' questions
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical role (solutions architect, automation, or related fields)
- Programming skills in Python (or similar language) and ability to work with APIs and scripts
- Proven track record of advocating for and implementing AI tooling (i.e.ChatGPT, Claude, OpenAI API, or similar) across multiple business areas
- Proven ability to learn new technologies and business domains quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team and timezone collaboration and technical storytelling
