Job Description
Implementation Specialist guiding new clients through the onboarding process for a SaaS platform. Leading project management and client training to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, including initial setup, configuration, and training
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for successful implementation of software solutions
- Conduct training sessions and webinars to educate clients on using the platform effectively
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the implementation phase
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless handoff post-implementation
- Gather client feedback and work with the Product team to enhance the platform
- Create and maintain comprehensive onboarding and training materials
Requirements:
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with insurance or compliance industries is a plus
