Job Description

Implementation Specialist guiding new clients through the onboarding process for a SaaS platform. Leading project management and client training to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, including initial setup, configuration, and training
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for successful implementation of software solutions
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars to educate clients on using the platform effectively
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the implementation phase
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless handoff post-implementation
  • Gather client feedback and work with the Product team to enhance the platform
  • Create and maintain comprehensive onboarding and training materials

Requirements:

  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with insurance or compliance industries is a plus
