Job Description
Senior SEO & AI Search Strategist at Brandlight helping enterprise brands win in SEO and AI-driven search. Leading strategy and execution in a fast-growing startup focused on AI and marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise customers to measurable outcomes across SEO & AI search
- Build clear strategies and tactical plans customers can execute fast
- Serve as a trusted expert to both VPs and hands-on practitioners
- Turn product insights into high-impact use cases and adoption
- Create compelling narratives that increase buy-in and retention
- Partner with Product + R&D to shape features and customer value
Requirements:
- 7+ years of SEO experience, with hands-on execution in enterprise environments
- Deep mastery of SEO strategy, technical SEO, content systems, and performance measurement
- Native Spanish speaker - A must
- Strong understanding of AI-driven search and how brands win in generative discovery
- Trusted domain expert that holds the room, adapts quickly, and leads with confidence under pressure
- Clear grasp of enterprise marketing value and what matters to senior decision-makers
- Strong executive presence, crisp communication, and advisor-level credibility
- Autodidact mindset: curious, sharp, and constantly experimenting at the frontier
- High ownership, hunger to win, and excellent cross-functional collaboration
- GEO / AEO experience
