Job Description
Responsable indépendant optimisant des logements Airbnb, Booking et Abritel pour ALB Conciergerie. Développement d'un portefeuille de propriétaires et coordination des opérations de conciergerie.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
- Implement yield management with dynamic pricing
- Manage bookings and guest relations
- Respond to messages and handle check-ins and disputes
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
- Prospect for new property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties
- Manage the business through the ALB platform
- Potentially recruit City Managers under the referral program and earn commissions on their activity
Requirements:
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome
- Motivation
- Independence of a self-employed professional with the support of a structured network
