Job Description

App Marketing CRO Manager optimizing Saily’s secure eSIM app funnels through data-driven A/B testing. Driving experimentation across onboarding, paywall, upsell, and retention journeys.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop data-driven hypotheses for in-app A/B tests across onboarding, paywall, upsell, and retention funnels
  • Maintain a structured testing roadmap and backlog
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage the full A/B testing lifecycle from hypothesis through execution and results analysis
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, analysts, and marketing stakeholders to scope, build, and launch experiments
  • Define success metrics and KPIs for each test
  • Ensure proper data tracking and instrumentation for accurate measurement
  • Monitor live experiments for data quality, statistical significance, and anomalies
  • Flag and remove blockers that could delay launches or compromise results
  • Analyze test outcomes and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations
  • Communicate experiment status and results to relevant stakeholders
  • Create and maintain documentation covering hypotheses, setup, audience, duration, results, and next steps

Requirements:

  • Experience in digital marketing, CRO, or growth, with hands-on A/B testing involvement
  • Solid understanding of experimentation methodology, including hypothesis design, sample sizing, statistical significance, and common pitfalls
  • Familiarity with mobile app development processes and release cycles
  • Experience with analytics and tracking tools such as Amplitude, Firebase, Mixpanel, or similar
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Data-driven decision-making mindset and strong analytical thinking
  • Rigorous attention to detail, especially around data accuracy and test setup
  • Ability to manage multiple experiments in parallel in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and self-managing, comfortable owning the process end to end
  • Solid organizational skills, including prioritization, time management, and stakeholder alignment
  • Must be currently based in Poland and able to work from Poland
