Job Description
CRO & Direct Response Strategist guiding marketing strategy and team collaboration at agencro. Role entails developing funnels, leading team, and enhancing creative testing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy: Develop creative angles and marketing strategy for each project and prioritize test roadmaps
- Lead the team: Brief our copy, design, video and tech teams, provide feedback and approve deliverables
- Copywriting: When needed, write copy yourself — primarily in German and English, using AI as a force multiplier
- Testing system: Analyze winning ads and funnels, document learnings and continuously improve the creative testing process
- Founders sparring: Act as a strategic sparring partner to the founders by preparing and supporting strategic decisions
Requirements:
- Proven direct-response success (funnels, advertorials, VSLs, ads) with measurable results
- Full-funnel marketing understanding: from ads to landing pages to email
- Strong writing skills in German and English
- AI-first: use AI daily for research, variants and drafts
