Job Description

CRO Specialist running A/B and multivariate testing for Seeking.com, the world’s largest premium dating platform. Turning cross-channel experiment results into growth recommendations and roadmap decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain a rolling testing roadmap and hypothesis backlog across paid media, email/lifecycle, landing pages, onboarding, paywall, and creative
  • Prioritize experiments using a clear framework such as ICE or PIE
  • Maintain visibility into current tests, learnings, and next steps, and communicate updates weekly
  • Set and maintain testing velocity with concurrent, non-interfering experiments
  • Design and launch A/B, multivariate, holdout, and geo-based experiments with proper controls, sample sizes, and success metrics
  • Set up and QA tests directly in the experimentation platform
  • Partner with Data & Analytics and Engineering on tracking, event instrumentation, and attribution
  • Define primary, secondary, and guardrail metrics for every test
  • Analyze results using GA4, experimentation platforms, and warehouse data
  • Deliver structured recommendations to ship, iterate, or stop each completed test
  • Translate winning results into channel-specific actions for Paid Media, Lifecycle/CRM, Product, and Creative
  • Present findings to cross-functional stakeholders in clear, non-technical narratives
  • Synthesize learnings across channels and coordinate overlapping tests
  • Maintain a searchable testing-results repository
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture through readouts, workshops, and testing standards
  • For the senior level, own strategy, set standards, drive the roadmap, defend prioritization decisions, mentor, and review test design and results

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience running A/B or multivariate tests in a marketing or growth context
  • Fluency with at least one experimentation platform such as Optimizely, VWO, Statsig, Convert, AB Tasty, Eppo, or LaunchDarkly
  • Working knowledge of experimental design, control/treatment setup, sample sizing, statistical significance, and validity threats
  • Strong analytical fluency with GA4, testing-platform dashboards, and Excel/Sheets
  • Ability to audit testing programs, identify misdesigns, and ship properly instrumented experiments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Daily working fluency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or comparable tools
  • Strong execution, QA, naming, and documentation discipline
  • CRO Specialist: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in CRO, growth marketing, experimentation, or analytical marketing
  • CRO Specialist: track record designing and shipping tests in at least one channel, with measurable results
  • Senior CRO Specialist: 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in CRO, experimentation, or growth marketing
  • Senior CRO Specialist: proven experimentation experience across at least two channels with measurable business impact
  • Senior CRO Specialist: comfort with SQL or warehouse analysis
  • Senior CRO Specialist: ability to own strategy, set standards, drive the roadmap, defend prioritization decisions, and mentor/review
  • Preferred: consumer subscription, marketplace, or dating/social platform experience
  • Preferred: Bayesian methods, multi-armed bandits, or adaptive experimentation
  • Preferred: behavioral economics or consumer psychology background
  • Preferred: company-wide experimentation program experience
  • Preferred: AI personalization or recommendation-system experimentation
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent track record of shipping rigorous tests is listed under Preferred Qualifications
