Job Description

AR Credit Administrator reviewing and processing credit applications for Lithia & Driveway. Ensuring compliance and providing customer insights while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and process credit applications with speed and accuracy
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date credit files and documentation
  • Monitor credit limits and balances, compiling reports as needed
  • Support audits of credit lines to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Partner with collections and internal teams to provide account insights
  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries regarding credit and limits
  • Assist leadership with credit risk management and administrative support

Requirements:

  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
  • Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Critical thinking skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Active listening skills and a collaborative approach
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Experience with collections or outbound calls is a plus
