Job Description
Area Sales Manager responsible for executing sales strategies in the Chinese market. Designing market-specific sales plans and managing distributor relationships for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to design and execute market-specific sales plans
- Develop new channels based on the company strategy
- Monitor forecasts /budgets/targets and depletions
- Motivate and monitor distributors’ performance
- Execute and monitor pricing strategies defined by CBT
- Continually monitor competitor activities and keep up-to-date with industry and market trends
- Be proactive in prospecting potential distributors and key outlets
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in spirits sales and distributor management
- Solid experience within the Chinese market is a must
- FMCG background, on / off premise, outlet management and ecommerce is a plus
