Job Description

Area Sales Manager responsible for driving sales of Mio Mio, Berentzen, and Puschkin in the German off-trade sector. Implementing marketing strategies and optimizing stock levels in assigned territories.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for selling our brands Mio Mio, Berentzen and Puschkin in the German grocery retail sector
  • Implement marketing strategies and maximize market potential
  • Ensure reliable supply to customers (direct/indirect delivery, customer distribution center/central warehouse)
  • Actively influence order quantities at the POS and prevent out-of-stock situations
  • Ensure optimal implementation of listings and key account promotional agreements
  • Execute secondary placements and other promotional agreements at the point of sale
  • Attend trade fairs and meetings
  • Monitor competitive activity

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial/business qualification and several years of relevant professional experience
  • Solid knowledge of grocery retail structures
  • Residence within the sales territory
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style, with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience and skill in sales negotiations
