Job Description
Area Sales Manager for On-Trade development in Ruhrgebiet at Berentzen-Vivaris, building and optimizing business relationships. Managing sales activations and developing market strategies in the hospitality sector.
Responsibilities:
- By creating this new position, you will have the opportunity to actively help build and sustainably develop the On-Trade area in the Ruhr region by
- winning new hospitality accounts and strategically developing existing partners
- positioning our brands visibly, in a high-quality and drinking-relevant manner at the POS and behind the bar
- confidently negotiating listings, loaner equipment and supply agreements on equal terms
- implementing sales-driving activations: signature drinks/menu placements/event & scene concepts
- knowing your territory, analysing potentials and steering your activities clearly and effectively
- recording agreements, promotions and developments accurately in the CRM system – as the basis for growth
- acting as the entrepreneurial face of our brands and thus taking responsibility for the sustainable development and expansion of the On-Trade business in Cologne
Requirements:
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Experience in On-Trade/hospitality sales
- Background in the gastronomy or scene sector with sales drive and entrepreneurial mindset is an advantage
- You understand how hospitality works: emotion, costing, pace
- Very good knowledge of the structures of GFGH/Gastro as well as of our products
- Strong communication and team skills and customer orientation
- Negotiation skills combined with solid knowledge of sales techniques
- High level of commitment and flexibility, friendly and confident manner
- Independent, structured and target-oriented way of working
- Residence within the assigned territory
