Job Description
Analyst focusing on chatbot analysis and management while collaborating with the Product Owner at Stefanini. Provides solutions to meet client needs through effective analyses.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Product Owner (PO)
- Execute requests by configuring and testing Sophie (Chatbot)
- Understand client needs and implement solutions on the platform
- **Note:** The role does not involve AI development; it focuses on chatbot analysis and management activities.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Completed higher education
- Excellent communication skills, as you will interact with different stakeholders
- Proactivity and the ability to work independently
- Analytical skills to understand context and suggest improvements
