Job Description

Associate Brand Manager supporting operations and marketing for Verb, a consumer brand. Own daily tasks, assist planning, and enhance customer satisfaction in a remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • ● Track inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and 3PLs
  • ● Maintain daily and weekly reports on sales, performance, and forecasts
  • ● Flag risks early and keep the Brand Manager informed
  • ● Own task management and keep internal coordination tight
  • ● Help plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives
  • ● Make sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • ● Coordinate influencer partnerships and brand collaborations
  • ● Draft social media posts, email content, and creative briefs
  • ● QA landing pages, ads, and website updates
  • ● Respond to support tickets and help drive improvements in customer satisfaction
  • ● Monitor feedback and surface issues related to product or fulfillment

Requirements:

  • ● Hands-on e-commerce experience, ideally with Shopify and familiarity across multiple parts of a brand (ops, marketing, CX, or product)
  • ● Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • ● Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed
  • ● Entrepreneurial mindset, whether that's a side hustle, a small brand you tried to build, or just a deep curiosity about how consumer businesses work
  • ● Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a remote environment
  • ● Smart, coachable, and eager to grow fast
