Job Description
Associate Client Delivery Lead owning client delivery for AI and automation projects. Guiding cross-functional teams at a Canadian technology consulting firm serving healthcare, fintech, and insurance clients.
Responsibilities:
- Run delivery on projects after they are scoped and shaped, owning delivery week to week through launch
- Manage two to four concurrent workstreams at steady state
- Own project outcomes and client satisfaction by guiding teams toward solutions that generate business value
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses and industries
- Communicate with client stakeholders throughout delivery, proactively addressing concerns and maintaining alignment
- Translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements
- Develop and maintain delivery roadmaps, including scope, milestones, timelines, and success criteria
- Lead cross-functional collaboration among technical, product, and business stakeholders
- Identify risks, assumptions, and blockers early and make recommendations to keep delivery on track
- Challenge assumptions and apply critical thinking to ensure the right problems are solved
- Work directly with client stakeholders, directors, and VPs at large enterprises
- Partner with one Client Delivery Lead and their pod
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in roles combining business acumen with hands-on Automation and AI delivery
- Deep, daily use of AI tooling such as Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent
- Experience leading cross-functional delivery across product, data, engineering, and design
- Ability to work in ambiguity and independently break down complex problems into well-defined solutions
- Strong product-first mindset and ability to analyze complex problem spaces and customer landscapes
- Effective stakeholder management skills, including guiding conversations and communicating trade-offs
- Exceptional documentation and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build trusted client relationships
- At least one project taken through go-live and hypercare/support with ownership of the outcome
- Comfortable reading contracts and understanding scope
- Familiarity with insurance, fintech, or healthcare industries is preferred
- Experience with a Privacy Impact Assessment or security architecture review is a plus
- Experience working with an external vendor from the client side is a plus
- Technical literacy sufficient to follow a technical design document and ask useful questions
- Experience building something with AI tooling is a plus
- No coding requirement stated
