Job Description
Digital Product Manager at BlueCross BlueShield enhancing member AI experiences through technology and stakeholder collaboration. Focused on strategic digital solutions and agile delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand business and advance solutions
- Supporting Customer Support, Sales Enablement, and Product Marketing in digital strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and propose digital strategy
- Overseeing a backlog that aligns with available engineering capacity
- Leading Agile ceremonies and collaboration meetings with technology teams
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to support product and program optimizations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
- 3 years in digital product management, content management, web design, and publishing, member/relationship database marketing campaigns
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office M365 and SharePoint
- Must be a team player, organized, and able to handle multiple projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Conversational AI, Data Literacy, Product Execution, Stakeholder Coordination, User Experience Consulting
