Job Description
Product Manager developing digital products that serve healthcare providers and patients. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions and improve healthcare through technology.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, clinical, and compliance teams to deliver solutions that meet market needs and regulatory standards
- Own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery
- Leverage data, customer insights, and industry trends to inform decisions and prioritize features
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback, update requirements, and provide commercial guidance on value proposition
- Champion intuitive, accessible, and compliant user experiences tailored to anesthesia workflows
- Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle including refinement and launch
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in: Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Informatics, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field
- 5-8 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in AI/ML technologies and data-driven product management
- Proven track record of launching and iteratively improving digital products.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, clinical, compliance).
- Experience working in agile environments and managing product backlogs including systems like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analtyics, Gainsight, etc).
- Ability to interpret healthcare data and use it to inform product strategy.
- Experience working with legal or compliance teams during product development.
- Travel up to 30% may be required
