Job Description
Associate Director leading delivery of high-impact research and insights for the Harris Poll's clients. Manage strategic projects and client relationships to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of high-impact research and actionable insights for clients
- Drive strategic research projects and guide key business decisions
- Manage client relationships and support account growth
- Take ownership of the full research process, from study design to analysis
- Strengthen client partnerships through clear, data-driven storytelling
- Identify new opportunities for account expansion
- Uphold operational excellence across portfolio
Requirements:
- Experience in client-facing research or insights roles
- Strong leadership qualities with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Commercially astute with proven experience driving client growth
- Passionate and curious about insight and data
- Creative thinker who develops innovative solutions for clients
- Excellent client service skills – both internally and externally
- Strong people management and coaching abilities
- Collaborative, communicative, and able to inspire confidence in clients and colleagues alike
