Job Description
Senior Director of Process & Service Excellence at BeOne, responsible for driving operational excellence across Global Technology Solutions. Leading transformation initiatives to simplify processes and enhance service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Drive enterprise-wide operational excellence across Global Technology Solutions (GTS)
- Simplify and standardize business processes and GTS service delivery across all regions
- Rapidly address business critical issues leveraging OE problem-solving methods
- Harmonize and streamline business processes while ensuring alignment with operational strategy
- Establish operational metrics and dashboards linking performance to business outcomes
- Develop a matrixed network of process excellence practitioners across GTS
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- 12+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise process excellence with a focus on digital technology
- Proven experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, healthcare, finance) preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and team-building skills
- Ability to work in global, matrix environment
