Job Description
Senior Director Strategic Insights driving enterprise strategy execution by integrating consumer research and performance management at Geisinger. Leading insights to inform decisions and accountability across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Leads Geisinger’s enterprise intelligence and strategy execution backbone
- Integrates strategic insights, consumer research, and enterprise performance management
- Sets the enterprise agenda for organizational knowledge and strategy measurement
- Ensures a cohesive system for decision-making and accountability
- Oversees market assessments, competitive intelligence, and scenario modeling
- Maintains a consistent enterprise fact base for strategy, planning, and performance management
- Owns consumer and market research capabilities
Requirements:
- Master's Degree - (Required)
- Minimum of 12 years - Related work experience (Required)
- Minimum of 8 years - Managerial/Supervisory (Required)
