Job Description
Deployment Associate managing the deployment lifecycle of RADAR technology in retail. Collaborating with teams to ensure successful installations and quality assurance.
Responsibilities:
- oversee the end-to-end deployment lifecycle of a store portfolio within their region
- communicate with external partners and stakeholders for alignment on tasks and timelines
- collaborate with the Deployment Lead and Operations teams for efficient store completion
- provide input and feedback on deployment procedures to improve workflows
- perform quality checks on installations, both remotely and in-person
- keep detailed records of any issues encountered and track them through resolution
- ensure all deployment activities closely follow established procedures
- participate in training sessions to deepen understanding of RADAR technology
- continuously develop technical skills through hands-on experience and training
- assist in training new Deployment Associates and other team members
- adhere to all safety standards and protocols during installations
- report any safety incidents or compliance issues to the Deployment Lead
Requirements:
- some experience in technology deployment or a related field, preferably within retail environments
- basic understanding of hardware installations and technical troubleshooting
- strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- able to work well in a team and follow directions from senior team members
- good communication skills, both verbal and written
- willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
- able to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
- previous experience with RFID technology (preferred)
- willing to work weekends, nights, and holidays, as needed (preferred)
