Job Description
Associate in Investment Banking providing financial advisory services and driving business development efforts. Analyze data and cultivate relationships with prospective buyers and deal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in pre-market and internal deal kickoff calls to develop comprehensive understanding of seller’s business, value drivers, risks, and positioning
- Lead proactive buyer outreach and engagement
- Communicate the deal narrative effectively
- Qualify and manage buyer interest
- Facilitate meaningful relationships with prospective buyers
- Analyze buyer information and synthesize feedback
- Serve as a central coordination point between buyers and deal execution team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- Minimum 3 years in financial services sales environment
- FINRA Licenses, SEI, Series 63 & 82
