Job Description
Associate Product Manager supporting H&R Block’s tax-service product and digital innovation strategy. Applying analytics, product methodologies, and stakeholder presentations to deliver prioritized work.
Responsibilities:
- Work as an Associate Product Manager within the Product & Design category
- Apply decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills to product management work
- Present effectively to senior management and line/staff associates
- Use Microsoft Office tools and perform exploratory data analysis
- Manage and prioritize work to achieve critical deadlines
- Contribute within H&R Block’s product and digital innovation environment
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience
- Demonstrated decision making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Effective presentation skills to all levels, from senior management to line/staff associates
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools
- Exploratory Data Analysis
- 1 year minimum related work experience
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize work in order to achieve critical deadlines
- Certified Scrum product owner preferred
- Introduction to formal product management methodologies preferred
- Introduction to structured technology delivery/software development lifecycles preferred
