Job Description
Staff Product Manager defining Samsung Health’s AI coaching experience, behavior model, and quality evaluation. Shaping connected health technology within Samsung Electronics’ global consumer ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Lead product definition for a new AI coaching capability in Samsung Health
- Own the end-to-end coaching experience, behavior model, and decision logic
- Define what the AI coach says and when it remains quiet
- Produce buildable product definitions for distributed teams
- Define interfaces, contracts, schemas, ownership, and failure handling across organisational boundaries
- Evaluate coaching quality, including helpfulness, personalisation, and whether coaching feels supportive
- Decide release scope, including acceptable first-release limitations
- Provide day-to-day direction to team members without direct reports
- Collaborate across teams in Europe, Asia, and North America
- Report to the Head of Product
Requirements:
- Experience taking a consumer product from an undefined concept to launch
- Accountability for product outcomes and experience reaching real users
- Ability to define products from ambiguous starting points
- Ability to write, sketch, and prototype product definitions
- Ability to identify and articulate why user experiences fail as principles
- Ability to create coherent product experiences from features, screens, models, and constraints
- Understanding of AI product context, including information reaching models, timing, format, and acceptable-answer requirements
- Experience making product decisions about what to cut or discontinue
- Strong product writing skills, including specifications, one-pagers, and decision notes
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and manage risk
- Ability to anticipate requirements across organisations, locations, and working languages
- Experience working within platform, regulatory, parent-company, or enterprise-partner constraints
- Experience with discovery, delivery, evaluation, and decision-making across different company environments
