Job Description
Senior Product Manager owning Pearl PRO, the web and mobile app bringing home-performance ratings to real estate professionals. Driving strategy, discovery, delivery, and AI-enabled workflow improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Own Pearl PRO product strategy and roadmap in partnership with the SVP Product
- Serve as the single point of accountability for Pearl PRO outcomes, including adoption, engagement, and agent/broker satisfaction
- Make and defend prioritization decisions balancing agent needs, business goals, and delivery realities
- Set and maintain a high UX quality bar across the Pearl PRO web and mobile apps
- Drive end-to-end product discovery through research, definition, and validation
- Write clear specifications and requirements for design and engineering
- Build and maintain understanding of real estate agents' workflows, incentives, and pressures
- Talk regularly with agents and brokers and incorporate feedback into the roadmap
- Partner directly with engineering from discovery through delivery
- Work with Data Science & Standards to make Pearl Score and related data concepts accurate and understandable
- Partner with Business Development and Customer Success to reflect field feedback in the roadmap
- Identify opportunities for AI to improve agent experiences, including listing preparation, client-facing summaries, and workflow automation
- Use modern AI tools to accelerate discovery, documentation, and delivery
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Track record of owning a product or major surface end to end
- Ability to build and ship consumer-grade experiences across both web and mobile
- Genuine interest in and aptitude for understanding professional/prosumer users and their workflows
- Real estate experience is a strong plus, or demonstrated experience with a professional user base such as vertical SaaS or marketplace users
- Comfortable operating as an individual-contributor product owner
- Strong product discovery instincts and customer research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to align design, engineering, and go-to-market stakeholders without formal authority
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, top-down-influenced startup culture with evolving priorities
- Fluency with modern AI tools and a point of view on applying them to product work
