Job Description
Associate Product Manager at Wiley Science Solutions supporting the development of online products and scientific software. Collaborating cross-functionally to gather requirements and track product engagement metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Support the definition and documentation of product requirements and user stories.
- Assist with backlog management, sprint planning, and release coordination.
- Gather and summarize customer feedback, enhancement requests, and product issues.
- Participate in customer interviews and market research activities to better understand scientific workflows and customer needs.
- Help track product adoption, customer engagement, and usage metrics.
- Maintain product documentation, release notes, and knowledge resources.
- Collaborate with engineering, content, QA, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, computer science, information systems, business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Interest in scientific software, data products, APIs, SaaS platforms, or technology-enabled research solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Ability to learn technical and scientific concepts and communicate them clearly.
